OUR SUPPLIERS

As a chef lead business, we are very proud to say we really believe you’ll struggle to find anywhere else in the Cotswolds if not much further afield, who go to such great lengths to source the best produce there is. We work with suppliers, producers, farmers, growers, bakers, and artisans who are just as passionate as us about what they do, love their craft, and share the same key values of us, producing great tasting ethical food and drink. We are continuously working to add to our unrivalled portfolio.

For us it’s what we do and who we are, we believe it set’s us a part and it’s what we’ve become known for and is something that matters to our customers. You want to know what you are eating and where it’s come from and traceability is key. Several of our producers are ‘on our doorstep’, surrounding counties and some we’ve had to seek out. If it’s not local, it’s British where possible or an outstanding, seasonal ingredient.

We wanted to tell you a little more about the people and suppliers we love working with and share their stories.
